You have used taxi apps (Uber, Ola, etc). They provide a platform to use taxi with the help of an app. Ofo Bike- Chinese dockless bike sharing service—rolled out as a similar platform for bikes. It allows people to use and share Ofo bikes to reach their destination.
In Jun 2015, Ofo was launched in Beijing. Owing to its success, the service expanded to Cambridge, Seattle, and Sydney by 2017.

- Solid rubber wheels
How to locate an Ofo Bike
Simply install the app and register yourselves to locate nearby bikes.
Note that you need to pay a deposit for the bike and a small fee for per hour (or 30 minutes) use. You can use a credit card, debit card or payment system such as Paypal for the same.
How to use Ofo Bike
The app allows you unlock and use the bike with the help of a QR Code.
You’ll see the QR Code on bike’s number plate or on the back fender.
Next you can follow these steps:
1.Launch the Ofo app and click on ‘unlock’
2. Scan the QR Code. If QR Code doesn’t work, you can enter the plate number manually
3. You will get a lock code. Enter it on bike’s lock.
Once you have used the bike, you can park it anywhere a bike can be legally parked.
Note that you need to lock the bike before leaving it. Move the locking mechanism to engage the back and wheel. This will make the bike secure until next rider comes.
