# Scanova Pricing and Plans

Scanova's QR Code Generator has 5 subscription plans (Basic Plan, Lite Plan, Standard Plan, Pro Plan, and Enterprise Plan) and a one-time Ultra Lite Plan. Paid plans start at USD 5 or INR 400 per month, billed annually. Every plan includes unlimited scans. Plans are limited by the number of QR Codes you can create, not by scans.

- Annual billing saves 40% on the Lite Plan, 30% on the Standard Plan, and 25% on the Pro Plan compared with monthly billing
- USD and INR prices are set separately. They are not currency conversions of each other.
- The QR Code limit applies regardless of subscription period. To create more, upgrade your plan or delete existing QR Codes.
- Plans are cumulative. Each plan includes everything in the plan below it.

## Basic Plan

USD 5 or INR 400 per month, billed annually. Annual billing only.

- 3 QR Codes
- Unlimited scans
- 12 QR Code categories, excluding Build a Page and AI Studio QR Codes
- No ads on QR Code images, landing pages, or other pages
- AI-generated QR Codes that embed images generated by artificial intelligence
- Custom-designed QR Codes with colors, logos, frames, and more
- Smart Design, which generates designs that match your brand from an uploaded logo or image
- Basic analytics: total scans for selected Dynamic QR Codes or tags over the past 30 days
- Download formats: PNG and JPG (raster), and SVG, EPS, PS, and PDF (vector)
- Bot traffic filtering, which removes scans from bots and automated tools from your analytics
- Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters to track source, medium, and campaign in your QR Code URLs
- QR Code Health Center, which checks every code in your account and shows how much traffic each problem affects
- 24/5 chat and email support

## Lite Plan

USD 9 or INR 720 per month billed annually, or USD 15 or INR 1,200 billed monthly. Includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus:

- 10 QR Codes
- All 26 QR Code categories, including landing page categories
- AI Studio: Describe the page you want, and AI Studio drafts it for you to refine in the landing page editor
- Basic analytics with no time limit
- Analytics email reports delivered at your chosen frequency
- Google Analytics integration
- Webhook integration that posts scan data in JSON format to a URL every time a Dynamic QR Code is scanned
- Slack integration that sends alerts to your Slack channels when QR Codes are scanned or updated
- Lead generation that captures contact details when a Dynamic QR Code is scanned (lead capture pages carry a "Powered by Scanova" footer)
- Conditional redirection by country, device, or operating system
- Password protection for the content linked to a Dynamic QR Code
- QR Code scheduling to expire or deactivate a Dynamic QR Code on a set date and time
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) via email one-time password (OTP) or authenticator app

## Standard Plan

USD 35 or INR 2,800 per month billed annually, or USD 50 or INR 4,000 billed monthly. Includes everything in the Lite Plan, plus:

- 50 QR Codes
- Advanced analytics: scans by time period, city and country, device, handset, browser, and operating system
- Custom Dynamic URL hash, so `https://scnv.io/ABCD` can become `https://scnv.io/mycampaign`
- Zapier integration with 6,000+ apps
- Saved QR Code design templates
- White-labeled landing pages with no "Powered by Scanova" footer
- Event and click tracking for buttons on landing pages
- Ad platform integrations with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Ads
- Bulk operations to generate, update, and download Dynamic QR Codes in batches of up to 50
- Multi-page landing pages: several linked pages behind 1 QR Code, with navigation between them

## Pro Plan

USD 75 or INR 6,000 per month billed annually, or USD 100 or INR 8,000 billed monthly. Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus:

- 500 QR Codes
- 5 users and 1 custom domain, so Dynamic QR Codes can use your own subdomain instead of the Scanova URL
- Exact GPS location of scans (scanners are asked to allow or deny location access first)
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect Scanova to AI agents and large language model (LLM) tools
- Folders to group QR Codes by campaign, client, or team, with folder-level analytics
- Conversion tracking that attributes sign-ups, form fills, and purchases after a scan to the QR Code that drove them
- Bulk operations in batches of up to 100
- HubSpot integration that sends QR Code leads to HubSpot as contacts, companies, deals, or tickets
- Phone support within 24 hours on working days, in addition to chat and email

## Enterprise Plan

- A QR Code limit you choose
- The number of users and custom domains you choose, with default roles (Viewer, Manager, and Administrator) and custom roles
- Custom user permissions
- Bulk operations in batches of up to 500
- Dynamic QR Code application programming interfaces (APIs) to manage QR Codes, users, analytics, lead lists, and security features programmatically
- Single Sign-on (SSO)
- Data security compliance customized to your company's policies
- Enterprise onboarding support, including help with legal and compliance documentation
- A dedicated relationship manager as a single point of contact

## Ultra Lite Plan

USD 150 or INR 11,105, paid once, with lifetime validity. It includes 1 Dynamic QR Code of any category and all Lite Plan features. It is for anyone who needs a single Dynamic QR Code permanently.

- **Free trial:** 14 days, no credit card required. Dynamic QR Codes stop working when the trial ends unless you subscribe.
- **Free Static QR Codes:** Static QR Codes made with the [free QR Code Generator](https://scanova.io/qr-code-generator/) work forever at no cost. They cannot be edited or tracked.
- **Non-profits:** 30% off any plan. Contact Scanova's customer relations team to receive a coupon code or discounted payment link.
- **Indian startups:** 20% off any plan for startups founded less than 5 years ago
- **Education:** Teachers, students, and administrators using QR Codes for educational purposes can use Scanova for free

## Billing and Payment

- **Payment methods:** Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, PayPal, or wire transfer on request. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- **Plan changes:** Upgrade or downgrade at any time, and switch between monthly and annual billing
- **Refunds:** full or partial, depending on the plan and subscription period, as set out in the [Scanova refund policy](https://support.scanova.io/hc/en-us/articles/38645983390105-Scanova-Refund-Policy)
- **Invoices:** Download them from the Subscription section of your account dashboard
- **Goods and Services Tax (GST):** Scanova is an Indian company, so Indian businesses with a valid GST identification number (GSTIN) can claim GST input tax credit on purchases
